2024-06-10 16:54:58 +0000 UTCInfinite reaction! You're right about the dancing involving a lot of hands + shoulders + legs (for boy groups, add a chest pump; for girl groups, add hips). But it wasn't just because it was trendy, it was a very deliberate choice! Gen 2 choreography was very specifically choreographed so that the groups could sing live without struggling or getting too breathy. It was also designed to be (generally) simple enough that fans and people of all ages could reasonably dance to it. Anyway, thanks for the reaction and I hope you get to see/hear some more from them including that Killing Voice (I think it will really surprise you in some unexpected ways, haha).

2024-05-27 01:54:34 +0000 UTCbecause no one explained it in the chat: svt’s cheers to youth mv kinda briefly explained: woozi - representing the lack of human interaction and dependence on tech, as seen by how he’s always at home and the robotic him is what goes out into the real world dokyeom: representing academic pressure and not knowing what to do, seen by how that rock is dressed the same as him, rocks that are unmoving , the way he wrote “idk” on his test paper jeonghan: not having perfect sight is representing how we dont know what our future will be like and there’s a stress we feel over that seungkwan: burnout, that alarm that always makes him feel like crap falling into the water and becoming a fish shua: workplace loneliness, always to himself, fear of getting rejected, shown by the meerkat who always watches and never really joins in the boys then meet each other at the TISSUE CLUB/ Tiny issue club and realise that actually it’s all part of their youth and they should appreciate it all because it’s their first time living! Shown by how woozi finally goes outside and gives flowers to the lady who always took care of robot woozi, shua who gets given a little present from his fellow colleagues that says they love their shuakat (shows how not everything is as it seems, people will still appreciate you if ur quiet and just someone who watches), seungkwan who starts to appreciate the fish phone and hopes he feels better about that alarm every day, jeonghan who then avoids the glasses so he can see everyone how they really are, dokyeom who learns to just take it as it comes the tiger at the end is such a lovely touch bc the lyrics in cheers to youth is “it just so happens that it’s our first time living”, a couple of concerts ago, hoshi made a mistake during his ending comments and said “sorry, it’s my first time living today”, woozi loved what he said and made it into a song, hence hoshi (the tiger) making a cameo in the end🥹 it’s a beautiful song and music video, something i’m sure everyone can relate to
