Announcement: Changes to Patreon Reward Link Sharing

Instead of publishing them monthly as before, reward links will now be distributed directly through Patreon Chat and our Discord server.
This change is intended to make access easier and more secure for everyone. Please make sure you have access to either Patreon Chat or our Discord server to continue receiving rewards without interruption.
