Hello Everyone!

It has been a wonderful year of art! 

Thank you all so much for being here! :) 

Every year I see this trend of artists putting their face next to their work. I find it so cute, and I love to see creatives next to their work! I've never done it before, and I was curious if I would "match" my work. I definitely see it, I can't explain it haha But I see myself in my work and I really love this collage 💕

✨ This year was exceptional for me  ✨

Sure, my art looks better and I'm improving always. But what really made it exceptional was how I created this year. 

✅ I found a healthy workflow. Been refining it since 2019, and I finally found a really good flow. I can create consistently without sacrificing other aspects of my life. Harder than it sounds! 

✅ I stopped being so shy with yall. In 2021 I would avoid posting my art because I didn't want to "bother" anyone by posting too much. I don't know, it made sense in my head then haha Thankfully, I have moved past that and I share updates nearly everyday in our Discord. Speaking of, join the Discord if you haven't!! 

✅ I made more friends within the art community!! Being able to share your work with other artists is something I didn't know I needed.

✅ My mental health is better than ever. I had to untangle so much since graduating with my BS in mechanical engineering. College was a bad time for me. I developed a bad habit where "productivity" defined my self worth. (0/10 do not recommend) I had great grades, graduated in 4 years but oof. Definitely paid for it later! Spent a lot of time thinking carefully about what I want and how I want to get there. Of course I'm not "there" yet, but I don't think that is the point. Just happy to be on my way :)

✅ I have SO MUCH COOL STUFF planned for next year!! This post is long enough already but agh, so excited!!!
