Saddles?

Hi all!

I am almost done with the mounts! I want your thoughts because the saddles are posing a bit of a headache...

Essentially there are a lot of different saddle styles, and they really set the "theme" for the mount by showing how modern or ornate the saddle is. I have a good example below. The western and Japanese saddles look totally different but are each very nice in their setting.

Another issue is whether to to put additional items on them. Very quickly, mounts look like pack mules which is cool but maybe not... majestic exactly depending on your character's goal.

I went through the player's handbook and there isn't much info on saddled mounts either so it really comes down to personal preference. I doubt we all share the same personal preferences or play in the same setting so here is what I want to do...

NO SADDLES! With the time saved from fussing over saddle style and fit I will create an additional mount for the set.

I will hold a poll for yall to pick an extra animal to come out next month. I was really torn on this idea but the more I think about it there is zero issue with riding mounts bareback anyway. I know yall are a cool group of people and I'm glad I can run stuff like this by you!
