Lil Back Story: Nathaniel grew up a family man and loved his children even though his ex-wife had Lydia when they were very young. Unfortunately they realized they had grown out of love and were staying together for the children. Nathaniel thought it was fair to let her go further her education and agreed to keep the girls. He's more than happy with this arrangement.
