Sadly my health didnt go much better this month <_< I've checked EVERYTHING but they have found NOTHING. But I still have issues with breathing from time to time. RN they assume I might have some kind of lung fungus(??? wtf sounds creepy) and Im taking pills against it. Tho my stomach lost some of the skin cause of pills so I was struggling to eat and live at all ;) Tho yay I finally lost 2 kilos and almostr back to my 54kg xD Need a bit more struggle it seems and I'll loose all the desired weight lol
Also somehow I managed to hurt my neck ouch. Having a terrible headache for 3 days, painkillers doesnt work at all (took 800 mg ibuprofen yesterday and 0 reaction only became very sleepy x)) Any suggestions what might help?
Also going to visit my grandparents who live in other city, I really want to visit them since I almost fully moved to Finland and no idea when Ill see them again ;_; I will take a 3 days trip I think!
No idea what more to say... All the month was very intense work (already working with voice actors for the Double Dare animation), a lot of health checkups and some shawarma hunting episodes when I was too busy to cook x3 Its so nice shawarma (giros) is still a free and tasty fastfood here, like for 2-3 dollars you can get one big and awesome treat :3 In Europe I saw some which were muuuuch more expensive sadly. But still very tasty! UwU But still I like hotdogs the most. Espesially hot ones with somethig spicy and plus sweet mustard soooo yum!! And what your fav fastfood?

But this is also the same chemical that your body uses too create the stomach lining that stops your acid from eating your insides. Stick too paracetamol and if your doctor or pharmacist allows it use co-codamol which is a much more potent paracetamol that makes you sleepy.

Yikes for the neck pain though. If pain killers aren't cutting it for neck streching but also maybe just laying down with relaxing music or reading? Nice you're giving time for your grandparents. Glad to know Double dare is in the works with voices too. I don't really have a fav fast food tbh but just glad despite the hiccups, things are going well

They can also be caused by physical stress such as bending down for too long or wearing headgear that's too heavy or tight (looking at you, VR headsets!) Failing that, ibuprofen and paracetamol are painkillers that can usually be taken together, but beware that some medicines react with ibuprofen - always do your research and ask a qualified doctor. Hope you feel better soon! ❤

I recommend getting some kind of sugar and caffeine free flavor mix if you don't like plain water. I like burgers and pizza, but I also agree on the hotdogs (except for the sweet mustard, I prefer non-sweet mustard).

My gf can have trouble breathing because of anxiety, so there’s that possibility that you have nothing physically wrong going on really. I wish you the best nevertheless

2024-08-31 20:45:44 +0000 UTCNeck pain and headache sounds like a tension headache. You could have pulled a muscle sleeping in a bad position and stress doesn't help. Hot hot hot showers or sauna and massage and rest is the only thing that helps me when that happens!

I had bad migraines leading up to moving away for collage that would not stop no matter how much advil or Tylenol I took. After I moved in they stoped immediately, I would say to try to take it easy and drink a lot of water
