$4,500 raised - bonus story published!
Added 2016-09-20 17:31:20 +0000 UTCMorning, everyone!
As we've just hit $4,500 in donations (woo!), we're able to unlock our next piece of bonus content: a story by A. T. Greenblatt, "Dido, Retold".
Dido walks through her slumbering city like an old memory: tired, but with a determined stride. Itโs dawn, the most forgiving time of day, when sleepy shadows still dull the worldโs harsh lines and grime. In the soft unassuming light of morning, the godsโ curse always feels a little more bearable.
It's a wonderful story. Do check it out!
To come: an interview with Garth Nix at $6,000, and bonus poetry by Margaret Wack and Karin Lowachee at $7,500.
You donations are the gas in the tank of the Strange Horizons engine -- we can't keep on without you! So please, consider adjusting your pledge to account for our switch to a monthly donation structure if you haven't already. And if you have, thank you. Your support is immensely appreciated.
Strangely yours,
Kate
