Well we are a few months later and it would seem that under his Grandmothers guidance and G&K's care, young Liam is very much developing into a rather beautiful young lady, whilst, willingly or not, adopting his Grandmothers love of all things smooth and shiny.
However from his rather nervous body language one can't help but think he is not entirely comfortable about his new feminine persona, especially in something so revealing as that dress

So much skin on display, but not many accessories besides the delicate necklace. No rings, bracelets, watch, arm bands etc.
