Commission Form

I recently made a Commission Form in order to organize everything a bit better and make the whole process easier for both me and Clients. I also hope to make it a bit less personal this way, since I know not everyone can easily say "Hey, I like to Comm you to make some Porn for me".
Here is the Link to the Form and when filling out, please remember to put in both your Username and Platform!!!
