Yes, this artwork is good for any new audio you create. Use it. As for audios, all you can do is pay attention to the sound and make sure no background noises are in it plus keep you content going as it is. Not many people add a storyline to their audio. Anyway, you are doing great compare to some. And be sure to rest after you have done a lot of them. There is nothing wrong with chilling.
