I had no idea they did these in Kingdom and it's so sad to me that they all don't have the time and company cooperation to do more collabs like this presently ( I get why, but it was just so cool!!!)

Yes, I had made a post about this and I'm so sorry about the subtitles! It was a recording error that was not fixable unfortunately, but I made sure to take care with the rest of the episodes and I hope those will be a better viewing experience! Thank you for watching regardless <3

2024-10-27 02:23:01 +0000 UTCInteresting, I'd be curious to know why you attribute the theory that IKON wasn't thinking of winning to being from a big 4 company. SKZ is from a big 4 company and they clearly had a winning mindset. I think towards the end IKON may have realized that points-wise, they were mathematically out of winning contention and as a consequence their attitudes may have seemed less competitive. Just an opinion of mine though.

Also I think that Ikon went into Kingdom not even thinking of winning and I attribute this to them coming from one of the Big Four companies. The Boyz and SF9 come from very small companies and really thought they needed to prove something. I think the energies didnβt match and it was hard time beating the chemistry that Mayfly had.

But I really think they could have found something in between midriff baring lewks and Fred Flintstone.π

Everyone else's outfits/look looked so detailed and intentional compared to his :( But yeah- he seems like maybe he might be insecure/or just doesn't like that kinda thing as I don't think we've really ever seen him wear a bunch of tight-fitting stuff in Kingdom before either? Now that I think about it he's almost always in oversized stuff..π€

I mean, we saw on Sports Day & in Back Door that heβs a fit muscular guy (although admittedly not whip thin like a lot of the others) so whence the shapeless tunic thing? I mean, maybe that was his choice & Iβn completely off base. π€·ββοΈ

Peniel was a trainee at JYP and they shared a room. Bang Chan has talked before that when he first showed up at the JYP dorms at 14 he knocked on the door and it was Peniel in just his boxers that opened the door lol.

2024-07-31 04:09:59 +0000 UTCAlso, even though SF9 is more senior than Stray Kids a lot of their members are about the same age as SKZ. Like the rapper in the It's One unit is the same age as Changbin and their maknae is only a year older than I.N. It was completely up to the two teams how they wanted to split the performance groups. While Mayfly used every member, It's One did not use all of the members so there are a couple that didn't even perform in this round. I never understood why they did that. They also put the most members in the vocal unit. That's why it looks like the Mayfly groups are so stacked because they only put the main vocals int the vocal unit. Something even more impressive is that the Dance unit for team Mayfly also recorded that version of Wolf on top of learning the dance.

The vocalists from one team go against the vocalists of the other team, same thing with the rappers and the dancers. You have team it's 1 (can't remember if that is really their name) and team Mayfly. As for the judges, you should see how they react to them. Shindong and Donghae are from my ult bias group Super Junior, who have been around as long as TVXQ, ( Yunho and Changmin, the MCs) whom they are real good friends with.
