Christmas Women Shelter Donation!

This one is more of a personal thing me and my family has done every year since I was born. But every year we either do toys for tots or similar. This year we're helping our local women's shelter that, after a leak in their roof damaged some of the games, toys, and blankets, are in need of some important items for their kids. I figured this would be a good reason to use my platform and influence a bit to help others.
I don't want anybody to feel obligated in any way to donate, only if you're feeling charitable and in a comfortable position to do so, please always take care of yourself first. I'm personally going to be giving about ~$1,000 to them in weighted blankets, stuffed animals, pajamas, winter clothes, board games, sanitary items and toiletries, toys, and many other things. And anybody who chooses to give a bit, even a $1, thank you for the support!
TLDR: Collecting donations for local women's shelters for Christmas, something my family does every year.
