Oh my, that was really bad luck and a high price for just grabbing a snack. Hopefully things soon turn into better for Patricia. In that spirit, I'll briefly pick up on your storyline. What could be...

"Oh dear, wait..."
A woman about her age looked down at her, surprised and irritated. Then an empathetic smile appeared and she crouched down.
"How exactly can I help?"
*Oh my God, poor girl. It's a miracle she can still walk despite missing two limbs. Wouldn't she be better off in a wheelchair than hobbling and balancing on a single crutch as only support?*
"Thank you."
The girl opposite her struggled with sitting up, clutching her crutch tightly. Her arm trembled with exertion, and she grimaced in pain, exhaling sharply.
*I hope I don't have to carry her, she's probably too heavy. And where could i grab her? There's barely anything left of her right arm, and her left leg is also just a stump. Terrible.
Still, she's a pretty thing, with curves in the right places.*
The girl glanced at the snack that had fallen on the pavement when she felt But without option to pick it up. With a swift move, the helpfull young woman grabbed it.
"I will carry it for you. But what about you? Think you you can stand up?"
"I don't know...maybe I try with your help." came back in a shaky and uncertain voice.
Patricia looked desperate and somehow angry in her helpleness.
Doggedly and with determination but laborious, she pulled herself a little further on the crutch into an upright sitting position.
