So, eventually (not necessarily the next time) Connor will come into enough cash to start upgrading the HQ on the Horizon world. The general rule (as of now) is that each extra HQ will have various standard upgrades and one unique. Horizon world unique upgrade is allowing the purchase and ownership of unique Zoomorphs for Connor and his men. what sort of Robot will they get?

These robots will function on both sides, and anything to big to pass through the dark doors will have another way to get through, like stables for the horses.

The roles will be enforced to a degree by the system. For example the horses could be used to drag things that might be used for construction, but don't expect them to fight. The apes might be convinced to throw things at people, but don't expect them to go toe to toe with rad-scorpions.

Also, just to confirm something, the apes would not be able to build complicated things like a medbay, but they can clear rubble, stack it into walls, which would be recognized by the system for further upgrade. They could also slowly demo buildings.
