しばらく健康が悪かったが、最近になってある程度回復しました。皆さんも健康に気をつけて、いつも元気でいてください。
健康がよくなったので、リハビリも兼ねて、少しずつ地道に絵を描いてみるつもりです。

I've been in bad health for a while, but I've recovered to some extent recently. Please take care of your health and always be healthy.
