As the elevator doors opened, Rocket gazed upon a familliar face he thought he would never see again. It was someone he once spent, countless encounters of different scenarios with. trapped in an ever endless loop in a tormented simulation that was crafted by the cruel High Evolutionary. They had fallen inlove with each other but never able to escape together.

But finally, it has happened. Right here, right now, the only one he truely fell in love with, was here. Rocket could not believe his eyes but without thought, he ran towards Sly, who himself was running towards his long lasting love, who he was finally able to embrace.

Quill exiting the elevator and standing, watching as the star-crossed lovers, running into each others arms. Happy to finally get to witness the true side of Rocket, that was always hidden away from everyone around him.
