Rocket & Sly - Page 4 Tier Upload

I accidentally sent out the 4th page of the Rocket & Sly image series intended for Tier 3 members to all tiers, but quickly locked the image to just Tier 3 as I originally had meant to.
As a result, anyone outside of Tier 3 will see this post as being locked. Tier 2 members will receive the post shortly, as per the usual upload schedule.
