mini-mix: Panda Bear
Added 2020-03-27 17:13:20 +0000 UTCToday's mix is an intro to one of my favorite artists in the history of the blog: Noah Lennox of Animal Collective, aka Panda Bear. I feel like outside of Person Pitch -- which is widely considered a masterpiece -- Panda Bear's solo material is weirdly underrated for some reason, so hopefully this mix will get you to reconsider that, if you haven't gotten into his post Person Pitch/Merriweather Post Pavilion stuff. This one's a little longer than usual, because with all of the AnCo classics, his solo highlights, and his diverse collabs, there was a lot of ground to cover, and I still feel like I left out some essentials. Hope you enjoy.
