We're back and we got ourselves and we got SOME GROSS NEW HUNKASUARUS' to play around with in this episode!
Specifically, the FROG MAN who likes to spit stuff at people out here in Baschool! Not a fave.
We're digging all the unsettling paranoia that Hawkeye is feeling after encountering Pride, thus making him one of the most formidable characters this show has ever put forward!
Literal nightmare fuel!
And we get the absolutely HILARIOUS backstory of Yoki, the unfairly persecuted capitalist boss who has never done a single thing wrong ever! /s
Plus we get a great twist with Scar "kidnapping" Winry in a great finish!
We got Ahsoka dropping later tonight! Keep yer eyes peeled!
xoxo,

I love how this anime skipped over Yoki’s backstory, which I wanna say had two whole episodes in the 03 show. And the other characters don’t even pay attention to his sob story! It really gives the whole thing a “Revenge of the Cabbage Merchant” feel lol

Another good reaction! To answer your questions, yes Hawkeye knows who Bradley really is. She even "joked" about killing him in his sleep some episodes ago. Not a spoiler since its never mentioned again but Yoki did in fact break into the Armstrong estate. Alex has 4 sisters, you see the other three here.

Yup this is right! Pretty sure it was episode 9 or something of the original show, but as you said Brotherhood skipped over it for brevity/not repeating everything all over again.

From what I understand, Yoki's arc was part of the original manga and OG anime. The OG anime eventually went in a different direction because the manga wasn't finished yet, which is why Brotherhood was made. Yoki's arc was shortened and summarized in Brotherhood, probably to make room for the more important things from the manga, but to at least complete the OG manga story. This is a terrible explanation, and I know somebody will come along and do it better, but that's the gist.

As a Gen Z/Millenial, I can say I thoroughly enjoy the Columbo impressions and references from y'all! I love that show.
