So you care more about money, rather than feedback? Real classy dude. From a comedy perspective, it's low hanging fruit, first time joke? Haha, second time? Teehee, third time?..... Ha...ok... Forth time? Huh? Again? But at this point, you've made the SAME CHEAP JOKE DOZENS OF TIMES! it got old a while ago, I'm NOT the only person who noticed, at this point. YOU seem to have an unhealthy obsession with incest. Not trying to link shame here, but OK! WE GET IT! YOU WANT TO FUCK YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS!!!

Super excited for you guys to start season 2, as a Critical Role fan boy season 1 was a fantastically fun time. Season 2 really steps up and I think you guys will get even more enjoyment from the show.

I CANNOT WAIT FOR S2! The Briarwood arc is iconic in the Vox Machina campaign and was Percy-centric, but we're going to expand! More sad back stories! More development! (please holy god less sibling incest jokes i beg)

So to answer your question, the first two episodes covered events that happened before critical role started streaming, back when they were still a home game. The rest of rhe season covers events that took place in episodes 24-38ish of critical role. This is somewhere around 60ish hours of content that they adapted into this season. A lot was cut and moved around, but the broad strokes were the same. They're essentially using this series to tell the vox machina story in a more concise way. The Briarwood Arc was VERY much Percy centered, but as the story progresses, you'll learn more about other characters. From season 2 onward, they had full amazon support and you can absolutely tell as the quality takes a dramatic step up.
I'm really glad you all are enjoying this as much as you are. It's got a pretty passionate Fandom, so hopefully the Critters have been showing you all some love.

This show didn't do a whole lot *new*, but it executed the familiar tropes well enough to be an interesting and enjoyable ride, IMO. Season two gets a bit better in terms of finding a balance between keeping true to the story of the campaign and telling it in a way that works as a show.
