Progress

No preview image this time since I've been working on more of the background stuff again and I've realized 2 issues with the school that I needed to set up correctly. The first one being that even though I have most of the lessons and mission written now, I didn't actually have them connected in any meaningful way. I'm honestly not sure if I should weave them together like "do one lesson, then do one mission, then do another lesson, then another mission..." or if it should be just the intro you know of and then you can decide if you want to do just the missions or just the lessons or combine them however you feel like, the individual activities still having their own continuity obviously, so you'd be doing missions in order and lessons in order, but you can focus on whichever "path" you want first. I'll leave a little vote for y'all to choose what would you prefer.

The second issue I came across is learning the spells, currently you can talk to the teacher to learn the few spells he offers to learn, then there are few spells for purchase. The problem I have with the first one is that it's tedious with only 4 dialogue options to choose what you wanna learn. Problem with second one is that you can teach anyone the spells, even if the character can't use the skill they learn. After some trial and error, I have figured out how to sell books that when used, will teach the player that skill and nobody else, so now there will be a shop window for the spells and no matter who uses it. only the player will learn it (since followers will have their own ways of learning new skills).

That is it for today's progress, thank you all for your support and patience.

There's 8 magic lessons, then however many alchemy lessons (so far just 1), then I have planned 4 combat lessons (including one in the intro thing) and for missions, I think there's 12 in total

For me it depends on how many lessons there are in total. Maybe another idea I have is having access from the start to all the "basic" lessons, then to access the intermediate lessons you have to do 5 missions (to get more trust from the school) and to get the advanced stuff, you'll have to do the last 5 (since I know the missions will be 10 in total)
