First, the instrumental jabs: using Mustard & sampling what had been famously sampled previously by Tupac. And then lyrically: referring to the bay, Pac, Compton & Oakland as part of the culture Drake is outside of and the iconic "they not like us," ... no wonder Cali is losing their minds, major Cali Pride in this track.
