I'll be covering more new music today on stream to make up for it. Yeah while the vids tend to be low budget, I’m am super duper pleased that the songs themselves are hella awesome, especially on this sophomore album in terms of production wise and lyrical superiority wise in carving out a cinematic image storytelling aspect as that is the core of her music literally that is what her fandom values!!! Been a Maisie stan since being introduced to Cate’s Brother in May of 2022!! Btw her first 2 EPs are just as lyrically vivid cinematically but more acoustic base in production value, but there are some indie pop elements that can be found if you would like to give it a listen in your own and do a stream sometime in the future but yess the Good Witch album is her best yet of her entire discography in appealing to mainstream, unfamiliar listeners in my opinion so a win-win for us patrons either way :)!!!
