HT STREAM 6/9 - New Music Friday with Noah Kahan & Jeremy Zucker

Here is yesterday's stream where we listened to the new Noah Kahan deluxe tracks "We'll All Be Here Forever" and the new Jeremy Zucker EP "is nothing sacred?" I think I resonated with Noah a bit more than Jermy boy but overall still had a great time. Little health update - I am feeling slightly better but I still am dealing with about a 4-6 range in pain whenever I sit down or stand up for too long. I mentioned in this stream that I was going to tackle Speak Now this weekend but I just don't know if that's gonna happen. I'm gonna script some stuff today for the intro and hopefully we can go live tomorrow (Sunday) for the big listen. Thanks again for being so patient with me fam.

BTW, as for medication, I understand it affects everyone differently, but when I found the right one for me, it didn't cause any adverse side effects (except a little bit of heat sensitivity). It definitely was a trip figuring out which one was the best for me, but it was worth it for me :)

The way I would (not) literally kill to see you react to Covey. (Preferably some cats live, some cats die, but all his music is great) He’s so fucking underrated!! Like I’ve never met anyone else that likes his music and ITS SO GOOD.

You laugh, you cry, you get full-body chills - it’s a lived experience. I’ve watched this video 3 times now just to reexperience it. This album heals parts of my soul I didn’t know still needed healing. I’m so glad you listened to it.

Also if you’re looking to expand genres, I think there’s a lot of overlap between y’allternative and some emo/pop punk. I highly recommend The Wonder Years to bridge that :) specifically their album no closer to heaven to begin. Hope you’re feeling better though! Definitely do your best to keep up with the pt exercises at home. It makes all the difference! I used to get intense sciatic pain all the way from the hip to my toes. It’s truly awful
