Selvaria Rough Blocking WiP

Damn, I love blocking that allows me and you guys to see the project as a whole much sooner than usual!

I admit that Thanksgiving (And even worse irl problems occurring earlier in the month) is gonna screw up the timing on this releasing at least soundless by the end of this month, but hopefully I can get some good renders done while I get this WiP to you guys.

Exactly! It's getting all the key poses in a project with a rough draft of the timing to see how long each part will take. Once you finish this, it's all about ironing in the animation to flow as you switch to "spline" animation. What's also great about blocking is that if you have any idea changes during the process, there isn't a huge time sink into what was made so it changes easily. You can also work in any order you want to. The biggest understandable criticism is that you won't feel the flow when animation this way. But in actuality, blocking can be as detailed as you want as long as the scene doesn't bog down your speed. Sometimes the timing is super necessary like when Selvaria grows in the beginning and that gets fully animated. Totally ok! (I did spend some time on that though)

What is "blocking?" If I had to guess from the preview is it like they key poses or something?
