Finally got somewhere with Minmax's side.
I learned quite a bit too while I was fixing another artist's messy files.

So this is pretty important. I solved the depth of field issue with the models that also caused them to stay in front of any transparency at all.
I just moved the post process "Blendable Location" to "Before Transparency" and it now follows the rules of being behind transparent objects!
I'm hoping this will solve my VR problem of the shader flat out not showing up in the recorded versions. Anime shader in VR would solve so much visual trouble for me!
2 days of my week were dedicated to fixing flying chocolates.
The best thing to do when it comes to messy parenting and bringing it to UE4 is to just set everything on frame 0 to before any parenting occurs. The object should be at the origin of the scene. THEN export after using keyframes to turn off and on the parenting on frame 1.
UE4 settings need to be set where frame zero is the reference point.
Once it's in. You're good to go. Any screwed up parenting with baked animation later will rely on UE4's reference point now and CAN'T mess up!
Finally. A puzzle that works for me rather than screwing my brains out!

10/10/19: DDLC Rough Script

DDLC half-baked script from a low energy me on stream. I'd love to discuss this with you guys. Also, this script's words matches the length of time on screen. Also, I HAVE to do the damn phonetic wahh and ooohs. I have discussions going on in the discord too.

*Camera shows Dictaphone. Natsuki pops up to investigate.  

Natsuki: Huh?! Hmm...  

*grabs Dictaphone and spins it on finger  

Natsuki: Hehe! Oooh! Make a Wish Recorder?   
 Huuh... Yeah!  I WISH WE WERE CAT GIRLS!  
 Wha!? uuhhhHHH... HWAH!!!  

*Begins feeling her new ears  

Natsuki: Oooh cool...

*main character swaggers up to Natsuki not paying attention  

MC: Hey Nat, woah!
Natsuki: Nyahhh!
MC: hehe, sorry about that. So what's that you got there?
Natsuki: Uuueeeeh... Hmm...  

* she begins to pull it out but now with a plan to keep it rather than show  

Natsuki: Heh! I wish he was the size of a toy! Hm, hmm!  

*MC shrinks while obtaining new memories each time.  

MC: What do you mean by th-? Huh, you look different   today. Haircut?   Woah, wait! What's going on!-  Wait, please! Don't beat me today this time. You look nice!   Maybe like an inch taller than yesterday!  Wowoah...  Man. I never should've accepted this school for giants.  Wha- what are you do--ngh!?  

*After rubbing MC down with her foot, she suspends it above his body as if ready to stomp  Natsuki: I'm just playing with my toy!

MC: NYAH!!!  

*Natsuki, after playfully stomping in front of MC, begins to think more deviously  

Natsuki: Hmm... I wonder if I can make myself... I WISH I WAS 8 ft TALL!
MC (Now dealing with her growth from below):   Je-jeezus! I'm gonna need a much bigger shoe shiner.  

*Natsuki is now leaning down to pick her captive up

Natsuki: Aren't you just the cutest little toy! I just want to pick you up and put you in my pocket!
MC: P-puh-puh pocket? Woah...
Natsuki: Awww! So cute! I wonder what would happen if I kept going and going!

DAY DREAM - Dawn of the Final Day

*Natsuki is shown above a city street absolutely enjoying her time of taking over everything and getting bigger to take over more.

Natsuki: Hehehee! Nyahahaaa!!

 This is so awesome! CRUSH!!

*Clicks Dictaphone and then her brain strikes!

Natsuki: Make me bigg-ah!

 wawa-wa--wwait!

 If-if I I am this big, then- EVERYONE CAN SEE MY 

 UNDERWEAR!

 AHH! No-no, STOP LOOKING!

*She then crouches down to hide her embarrasment but her wish was granted.

Natsuki: Mmph. 

 Huh? Wa-ah-ah-ah-ahh! Oh no! I'm still getting bigger!

 No, no-no, no, no, no, no!

YURI'S TIME TO SHINE

*Natsuki is shaking off her daydream from before

Natsuki: No! No! If not me... then... hm-hm-hmmm.

*Dictaphone clicks while Natsuki aims at Yuri

Natsuki: Make Yuri grow to 30ft tall.

*Yuri is busy enjoying a super dark book when she's struck with Natsuki's wish

Yuri: Nye-e-e-e-e-anh! Ow... what the?

  Ngh! My head! Nyuhhhnnn

  Oh? Whaah!

*As this latest spurt hits, suddenly the tree she's leaning on gives away. In which she recovers from her landing to spot Natsuki.

Yuri: Nnh. What in the hell? Huh? Natsuki, what are you?

Natsuki: No-no. Not big enough. Double her size.

*The dictaphone is clicked and Yuri is in for another rough ride

Yuri: Wa-ah-ah-ahh-ah-ahnn!

Natsuki: NYES!! WE'RE INVINCIBLE!

Yuri: Um... O-ok?

*Yuri is walking through a neighborhood while cautiously avoiding from stepping on anything.

Yuri: Umm. Natsuki, I don't think I fit in here.

Natsuki: STOP!

Yuri: Whuh!?

*Natsuki points to a lone car on the road

Natsuki: Crush that.

Yuri: WHAT!? That's someone else's car! We'll be sued!

Natsuki: Yeah, crush that.

Yuri: NO! (Gasps as she sees Natsuki raise the device)

Natsuki: Fine. Double her size again. -Whah! N-gah-get-agh!

*Natsuki is squeezed hard into Yuri's chest as she doubles in size.

Yuri: Nnnnyeahhhnnn!! (Clearly into it but quickly tries to hide it again) Natsuki! This is ridiculous! I don't fit in this street anymore! You need to end this no-

Natsuki: (Clicks Dictaphone) Make her enjoy this.

Yuri: Ah. Nnnh... Heh...

*Yuri simply crushes the car on her way out of the city with no questions asked.

*Yuri stomps into the city street to disrupt everything

Yuri: Hm, hm, hmm.

*She then lets Natsuki off her hand onto a nearby building

Yuri: I need more.

Natsuki: Comin' right up! (Clicks Dictaphone)

 YURI GROWS WITH DESTRUCTION!

*After grabbing a billboard, Yuri begins her reign of power by stomping with serious power in the street.

Yuri: Yuri in my way. RGH! (I hate you)

*She then crouches down for a sweet roar.

Yuri: GAOOOOO!!!!!!!

*She then spots a nice skyscraper to stab and knock over

Yuri: Standing as tall as me? That's cause for punishment. GRR! RAHHH!!!

*With her growth attached to destruction, she  really begins getting into it with an evil laugh

Yuri: Hehahahaaaaa, HAHAHAAAAAA!

*She then buttcrushes an entire block which should have some improv'd sfx and then a growth thing afterwards that follows all the other fun she's having.

Giggling THROUGH the transition it cuts from her sitting to jumping from city part to city part in a path of destruction.

The giggles getting steadily more evil.

*In a bit, Natsuki wakes up in the destruction she's caused to see a mega Yuri.

Natsuki: Huh? No... not like this.

Yuri: Hm, hm, hmmm!

Natsuki: (Clicks Dictaphone in a hurry) I wish we were back at school and-!

*Yuri crushes the entire city, but because the Dictaphone was destroyed things reset to before that and Natsuki gets saved by her last wish. Although it wasn't perfect as Yuri is still in the middle of stomping at the size of what she was just before the city and Natsuki is back in Yuri's hand like in the neighborhood. This confusion causes Yuri to suddenly lose her balance and Natsuki to go flying from her hand as well as the loss of the Dictaphone.

Yuri: HAH! Whuh? Huh? Woah!? Ahn!

Natsuki: Ahhhhhh! (But very quiet from our distance) 

 Oomph! (As she collides with Yuri's knee)

 Uhhhnnn...  hu! Wah! NyaaAAAH!
