Been a bit since the last update, but I had to get the upper body caught up to the lower half through the scene.

Bowsette begins her rampage by kicking an innocent bench into a drive car. Talk about a drive-by... I got nothing.

When the car could easily hurt her before, it won't now as she grows more powerful. This time, her foot adds pressure to the hood of the car.

She seems to be a fan of kicking things.

That tree didn't import correctly since the texture originally had transparent parts. .OBJ files don't like that too much.

Talk about a Lyft. Cool thing I just now discovered! I can parent the right hand to the left here and it won't slip around! It will follow the exact movements of the left hand and stay in place. I didn't know this in Neko vid when working on Neko fixing the door. Knowing it now, it would've saved 30 minutes.

And now the car is far easier to hold!

9/30/18: Regular ole' Traffic
Ok, I updated the ground textures in the city to have a nice rain effect to them! I also got the models into UE4, but I still gotta figure out how to get models that are supposed to be parented to another to imported attached. (Bowsette's spike bands)

9/27/18: Day 2 Cleanup
So I finally got Bowsette to the street. It took a bit to figure out the handheld growing part, but I found out that I could turn off the copying of the scale for the dude. But that led to a huge glitch where his body was all over the place. BUT I found out that I just need to find the right scale to fix that. Parenting swapping is hard, I tell ya.
Well, I still gotta fix the animation for the dude sitting on the sign and do facial expressions/talking for the both of them, but progress has gone well.

9/26/18: 1 Day of finally animating
Always believed that a good armature makes you go fast. So all the setup I've done just for that has been exceptional in proving this! Here's some pics!








And she hasn't even started her rampage yet!

Updating from phone is frustrating. Armature was a mess, fixed it up. Worried about dual chest mesh glitches, but won't stop progress, animation already started. Tan redhead is best version. And here's the plan for the vid:
Bowsette intimidates dude above, eats mushroom while putting a heel on him for super domination while growing. As she tops off, she picks him up and places him on the low prices sign. She turns the corner into traffic and goes on a rampage. Gets to overpass where cop Teto, Miku, and Gumi pathetically try to stop her. Bowsette eats a super mushroom and steps over them. Crushing the overpass on her way to a new seat above the city.
An extended part where Bowsette sits on Peach's Castle is at the end.

Those city assets from my first goal have created some beautiful stuff!
I just need to learn splines to make the road look better and be easier to edit. I was up til 3am in VR making this city.
Really glad that both vids will use the same city. I've decided that both will be 360-compatible too. That way I can finally get those going.
But anyways, here's some pics!




Bowsette is going to crush this overpass while Samus is going to dive underneath it! I'm gonna make it where there are different choices for the same situations between the 2 characters.
