Neko 1.8 Snippet

Tell me what you guys think so far!

Hoo boy, this looks fantastic to me! I can't wait for facial animation!

I started the clip on the couch so that you guys can see the lighting change on there too. I didn't realize how much animation I actually did this week since I started with Rin beginning to run from the Neko.

LOTS of complicated movement in there to make sure everything looked right and I still have more to fix when I come back to clean it all up.

I did think that it was all a bit too fast going through it so I slowed down the clip in post. I'll cut it up in UE4 and slow it down there too later since that can get complicated with effects and timing.

But then again, recording the Blender screen provides a TON of info in keyframes and armature movement. If I can make the Blender renders provide information UE4 can't, THEN this becomes a good idea. Maybe speaking a snippet about what I was going for in this moment? That would be cool. Actually, I wouldn't need to get rid of the UE4 videos here either. This snippet would be like a voiced video update of how I planned the week out and got the part done while the $15 is the video in full glory like the 1.8 snippet. This keeps them both in line with what they currently are and they don't blur into each other.

Damn son that lighting looks fine as hell. And good idea with the slowdown really makes that growth look stronger.

I'm now realizing that the $5 tier and the $15 tier are far too similar. I gotta beef up the higher one somehow to help it stand apart. I could have 2 videos where 1 is in Blender unfinished render for $5 while the higher one is in UE4, but that sounds like Bullshit somehow. I gotta think of something for it. Hm...
