Should I switch back to monthly payment to lower stress?

Well, it's not out of selfishness. There are good reasons for deadlining yourself so that you can just 'get it done'. Which is super important for artists who can get lazy on a project. But I think I'm invested enough in this to not get lazy. In fact, I probably start up too many projects at once!

Gonna have to repeat what others have said. Im pledging cause you make some of the best growth content out there and the path of less stress sounds good to me. For me i prefer the per video option as you can set your own deadlines but im fine with either option if it helps ease stress.

You're the one that decides the deadline. You don't need to finish it by the end of the month, just take it easy.

You bring up a great point. I'm gonna give the current plan 1 more month to see how flexible it might be since there's no way I'm burning out so soon. If I feel like what I'm doing is being rushed and I'm making serious mistakes, despite working hard week by week, then that's a definite time to switch. Also, if I'm locking myself up in my room for far too long. So many factors to overthink about. Monthly would eliminate all of that since I initially worried that I couldn't give enough content out to warrant it. Turned out that I love updating you guys and that's a ton of meat each month.

I'm sure a lot of people that subscribe to the patreon believe in what you're doing. If this were a generic product that can be produced by anyone I would say "get it done", but it's not so I won't. It's an art that is created by you and I'd hate for you to start disliking that. I vote "yes, less stress". I will pay for the quality, that's the value here. I think we already have the quantity.

It would still kinda be the same. I've been aiming at 1 paid post per month. Which is technically just paying monthly at the end of the month. In terms of switching up your pledge based on how you're doing, you can still do that up until the month ends. It'd be a consistent date too.

I think you're the best person to answer this. You know how you work and having a system you don't like will eventually burn out and stop providing content.
