I think when he was talking about a para-sail deployed radar he was talking about a maneuverable parachute aerial thingy. A fiber optic cable could be used for the data and a shielded cable for power, unlike a USV it would be pretty useful if it could be made light enough and stealth enough. Even if it is only a single "panel" having it up a thousand feet in the air might be useful. Happy New Years!

Of course Ronnie took credit for the Pay Raise. In October, I made MM1 (SS) and went to well below the poverty limit to a true living wage. 32 years later I had enough and Retired. I’ve had a chance to think about President Carter and realized that mebbe I was wrong with my opinions of his Term.
