September Shift to Asia

Japan's navy has undergone a major upgrade in capability centered around the United States Aegis combat system. From Aegis Ashore to Aegis at sea, Japan has become a major naval power in their region.
Beginning this month and for the rest of the year, we will be documenting each of class of warship including the modified Helicopter carrier to F-35 aircraft carrier and Taigei-class submarine.
