Been hard at work on the new dreamworld which I am theming after the indoor playground style of liminal space fused with an arcade/chuck e. cheese restaurant. Forest Lane connected dreamworlds are supposed to evoke a nostalgic/liminal vibe, so I thought the bright neon carpets under blacklights with tubes and ballpits and arcade cabinets would be appropriate.
Structurally, I am planning a layout like the Machine Labyrinth (Hexblade is here) with distinct areas connected by intersecting paths. As for the scene character here, I have not made any decisions and I am open to feedback!
Some possibilites I've nailed down are: a nightwatchman, a clown, an animatronic, or a supervisor/daycare teacher. I want this one to be a dom and potentially involve some kind of stealth element maybe? I thought that perhaps there could be a bunch of stuff in various corners of the map to find while being stalked/pursued by the dreamworld character. Maybe something occurs or you access something new if you find all the things before getting caught? Still cooking, but I wanna hear your thoughts in the comments!
