Added 2021-03-28 15:56:54 +0000 UTCSome great photos of the SS-N-14 Silex missile. This is the rocket-boosted, glider-carried, air-dropped torpedo the Russian navy uses. There is an anti-ship variant of this weapon, but it's not as effective as their other Anti-ship missiles, so it's nearly always used in its ASW configuration.
The top body is the rocket-propelled glide unit. The bottom is the torpedo.
