2021-01-30 00:51:46 +0000 UTCAt 10:37 the towing test without a propeller or any high-pressure air to blow the ballast tanks sounds extremely dangerous. Perhaps a blower could blow the ballast tanks with low-pressure air if the snorkel was above the surface.
