I have the SUB BRIEF back from the Researchers. There are a lot of improvements and additional information I have to add. This will be a comprehensive and definitive Briefing on the USS Albacore.
My goal is to have it recorded and released this Friday.

I think It was to do with safety, if there is a jam dive. Or similar type of uncontrolled dive. Though I suppose they could use it for all sorts of things.
