Great video!! Especially appreciated the spreadsheets, and I think your assumptions overall were pretty good!
Only a slight nit - for the EV charging times you quoted the 10-80% time as the time to charge, while at the same time not including the extra travel time and wait like you did with Gas/Hybrid. I feel like with the EVGo/Pilot Flying J/GM Energy guys, you're probably only adding in like 5 minutes on either end of that but at Electrify America these guys can often be significantly off the beaten path at Walmarts or that Sheetz in Belle Vernon. Plus, with the charging plans often included, the EA chargers tend to be crowded, resulting in a wait around 50% of the time. Given that, I'd say it's probably fair to add somewhere in the range of 5-10 minutes on average to your charging time for an EV at a DC fast charger. I don't think it really would make that big of a difference, but it might make life a little closer between the hybrids and the EVs.

Excellent video. I’m a big Toyota fan here. Currently looking for a new (used) vehicle. Was looking at 2022+ RAV4 hybrids, 2023 Ioniq 5’s or a 2019+ Prius. Very interesting looking at your stats. Used hybrids are considerably more expensive (EV depreciation helps) and newer Toyota hybrids need oil changes every 5,000 miles or every 6 months. Just sold a 2016 Sienna and am done with 16mpg and burning through brake pads.
Going EV, likely an Ioniq.
