I’m so glad you got your plate! I also hope Fisker can fix the phantom drain. Every owner seems to have it. With the Stock, First, Fisker would communicate they intend to get back into compliance, which they are doing. Then, they have six months to comply. After that, A reverse split would be completed, with shareholder approval, and then a second 6 month period would be allowed for Fisker to make 30 days in a row above the $1 threshold. 2024-02-17 18:29:17 +0000 UTCAlso, I finally received my official state license plates along with a registration sticker. Plus my title was mailed to me. Not sure if I need to do anything other than get a state inspection at this point but I will probably go to the DMV to make sure. They also sent me a new One key ring for some reason (I don’t think I asked for it but it’s nice to have) as well as a fix-a-flat and emergency kit which didn’t come with the original order. The only thing left is dealing with the vampire drain, which has really been my main gripe since taking ownership. I think it requires a technician. But they haven’t followed up with this case numbers around that issue.
