I've been working on Yuka's scenes as well as tying them together with the main story scenes. Doing the art for Yuka and the main story together helps me better understand how these fit together - so that's been my main task this past week.
I want both Kasumi and Queen routes to feel distinct.
Yuka's date and personal story (not main story) content is not finished as I am putting in work to make everything flow coherently so I am working on story and date balancing playtesting. Yuka's main story needs to work along with the main story, but also the main story needs to work without it. It's a bit tricky but I managed to get something I am happy with.
I am trying to keep story details a little vague so and spoiler free so apologies for the limited info.
Release:
Just wanted to provide an update on release. As you know if you've been following for a while, I've always been super consistent with updates for the game. Consistency has been my mantra for the past 16 months that StrongGirls has been going.
(and for those of you who are new here, Welcome!)
I was planning to have the next release ready for late December.
Unfortunately things have been delayed a little on this end. We were able to get the November Side Story out but it took a lot more time than I had anticipated.. I am not so sure if December is still possible.
Also after releasing the side story, I got sick, and lost a few days of work - namely because my baby also got sick, and my babysitter. So my normal arrangement collapsed. I stayed home to take care of my baby while being sick.
I will try my best but just being transparent about how things have been here. Thank you for your patience and support!

2024-12-13 14:20:13 +0000 UTCAwesome to hear you're making something! I do everything in 4k, so the sprites stand 2160 pixels tall. If you work in 1080p instead of 4k I guess the max height should be 1080 pixels

You know your AI generate art you use for the sprits what sizes do you keep them at to make them fit in the Visual novel your working? I mean i will try to mess around more and see what fits.
