the previous chapter implied Samntha has a partner of some kind. with her new transformation why not show up at her partners place and offer them up to the fairy as tribute.

The teen is snapping that she should be old enough to not need a babysitter. The babysitter snaps back that she should be young and not need to babysit, but it’s not going to happen. The fairy is willing to give them the age and youth they desire, but only if they join her minions.
