Added 2023-05-16 12:26:25 +0000 UTC根据1948年出版的《三十年之中国工程》记载 民国成立，北京政府，创办航空，于南苑清河，设立工厂。除修理工作外，民国三年，潘世忠曾自行设计制造试飞八十匹马力之推进式飞机一架。 在其他文献中，通常把这架飞机称为南苑枪车，参照高德隆GIII和法曼MF11制造，这些说法并未记载于民国的文献里面，包括枪车这一称呼，也不能确定是当时已有还是后人根据维克斯制造的枪车附会的 该机现存两张照片，然而两张照片都没有完整的尾部，其中一张是1916年11月号的东方杂志的配图，在1999年陈应明曾根据这张照片复原，机尾是法曼MF11的造型。而本期的复原是以陈应明的复原方案基础上，垂直尾翼改为以高德隆GIII的造型和布局。 Recording in The China Project During 30 Years said: After the Peiyang Government was built, They start the aviation project in Chinghe, Nanyuan.
