I paid off my last annual billing for Vimeo yet they are claiming that saying I am no longer a business member and deleted my BTS In The Soop Videos. I'm pretty upset since they took $500.00 out of my account and they're saying I didn't pay- totally ripped me off. So as I try to get a refund- I will officially move all my files and transfer the BTS ITS Season 1 onto Dropbox. I will be starting BTS ITS Season 2 next month after all this is fixed. Thank you!
