Empire Reinforcements are Arriving Soon!

We've worked hard for the last couple weeks, and we're proud to announce that our closed beta for the new Empire unit expansion is here!

Currently, our Patrons now have access to the the beta, and are able to test out the new units to ensure they are the best and balanced they can be for release. This is just the FIRST major unit addition to SFO, and we starting to develop amazing new units and revamps for Bretonnia and the Beastmen, which will be followed by Dwarfs, The Vampire Counts, Wood Elves, Chaos and Greenskins.

Changes you can expect in the coming update are:

- Much improved balance for MP and competitive play.

- Combat pace further slowed down (10% more health to all units), making for even better tactical opportunities, and time for maneuvering. This also will help more people get into the MP and enjoy it.

- New Empire units, inspired and designed based on Lore sources; which includes Sigmarite Disciples (tough support infantry), Witch Hunter Retinue (elite squad), Imperial Guard (the toughest and most elite Imperial Infantry), Huntsmen (stealthy guerilla marksmen and trackers); Nuln Ironsides (deadly elite troops hailing from the great city of Nuln, wearing heavy armor and armed with repeater handguns), Knights Panther (Crusaders of old, brandishing axes and shields, who excel at brawling in the thick of battle, and slaying tough infantry).

- More unique Empire Generals, who now embody the spirit of the Empire - tough and versatile with both melee and ranged weaponry.

- Brand new abilities.

- Some Reskinned Empire Regiments of Renown units, which better reflect their more elite and powerful status in SFO.

- New specialized unit recruited from unique locations and building across the Empire. So your decisions on where to conquer and make confederations will greatly impact your campaign.

- More powerful and unique Empire factions.
