Since the Highlander requires a large number of animations to be made, I’m here today to share an update in the form of a progress report.
During the development of the Highlander moveset, I first created the locomotion animations for each stance used by the Highlander.
I made it so that locomotion transitions naturally depending on whether the character is in combat or non-combat idle. Each locomotion set required creating eight directional walk and run animations, which took a lot of time. Now I’m planning to start working on the sprint, sprint stop, and jump animations.
