Sensu Noble

Oh and I also did some research on how to do that awesome samurai top knot, and I'm really happy with how it came out! Let me know if you have any other fun ideas! 2024-04-20 07:18:32 +0000 UTCSomething a bit out there that might cool to model? "cormorant fishing" (see wikipedia page). There are lots of cool pics out there of these guys operating in China on bamboo rafts or carrying the birds on bamboo poles, but it was brought to Japan too so could fit this theme. Slightly different in Japan as they seem to tie theirs to ropes while the Chinese let theirs swim freely, but otherwise it is the same: the birds being given a band around their neck that only allows them to eat small fish, while larger fish are taken by the fisherman.
