I'll make a couple of tables and try to make every mini available for every game (but obviously won't work if a the character is playing dice at a card table haha) ^_^

The dealer has only one way to play their cards and you're not playing against the other players so reactions are irrelevant. Poker.....yes....for sure. At least I think I heard something like that once.......lol.....
