Added 2019-11-25 19:17:55 +0000 UTCapologies for the radio silence, i had a debilitating migraine these past few days, i think its honestly climate change that's effecting me since I usually get them when high/low pressure systems move in and out of the area (I know that sounds crazy but it's been storming a lot here the past weekend)
i think the pressure has been heavier than normal due to changes in the atmosphere. anyone else experience aching due to storms? sort of reaching out here so I don't feel like i'm going insane, my migraine was wild

2019-11-25 22:17:24 +0000 UTCMy sister gets more likely to headaches to some extent. I don't tend to get migraines, but if I don't use my neti-pot semi religiously my sinuses shutdown at the drop of a hat. I hope you feel better.

2019-11-25 20:50:08 +0000 UTCRainy weather tends to trigger headaches, general body aches because of the pressure change, when i was younger i'd get crazy headaches right before a storm and my mom would get joint pain all the time. I hope you feel better soon, have plenty of rest and stay hydrated!!

2019-11-25 19:43:59 +0000 UTCI’ve read some articles on how areas with greater atmospheric pressure, so people who live on mountains and what not, are more susceptible to migraines. Definitely not crazy. Just like how my bad knee aches when it rains. Feel better soon. If you have a peppermint temple balm or essential oil to rub on your temples that helps me. Feel better soon and beautiful panel once again 👏🏼

Every body is different though and my teacher has mentioned that storms kick hers off. They just make some old scars ache for me. The panel looks beautiful as always. Be sure to take care of yourself!

2019-11-25 19:36:58 +0000 UTCWe’re mostly made of water and so is the weather so changes in pressure as storm systems move around has an effect on most people even if they don’t feel it. I hope you feel better soon! Does caffeine help? I’ve had some luck easing migraines with diet coke.

2019-11-25 19:35:47 +0000 UTCCan confirm you are not going crazy. My own migraines are also triggered by changes in pressure before storms. I also get tje whole thing where I get auras before the pain and sensitivity to sound and movement. Fun stuff. But it turns out this is a pretty well known trigger. My migraine tracking app is 'migraine buddy' and its one of the default triggers in the app.
