Emma does comedy acting,, but most recently (last year's Edinburgh) did a solo show as a parody of Sue Gray, a political person over here which she then toured. So not classic standup, but comedy performance if that makes sense.

2025-11-18 05:27:31 +0000 UTCIn Rosie's defense regarding the biologically immortal lobsters, there is a species of jellyfish which is biologically immortal (its common name is the immortal jellyfish), meaning it can still die from predation, disease, etc. However, it will not die of old age because this species has evolved an ability called transdifferentiation, which means that this jellyfish can reverse it's life cycle and revert from its adult form to its most juvenile one. Then, they throw the gear back into Forward; lather, rinse, repeat. Edited to include that this is also now in defense of Emma Sidi. I saw a chance to get pedantic and I seized on it straightaway, before I had the full picture. To be fair to myself, I am a biology teacher so being pedantic about biology is technically my job.
