You missed the "except for a few bats" before the "New Zealand had no mammals" comment. From Wikipedia: "Prior to human settlement, the mammals of New Zealand consisted entirely of several species of bat" [ "...and several dozen marine mammal species." but Stephen didn't mention those ]

His off menu was terrible in my opinion. He’s become too LA/musicial theatre. His beat poem too is amazing. Isy’s Off Menu is mad (bbq), she plays a love interest for Greg in Man Down as well as being a main character in Peep Show! She’s married to Elis James who has the huge podcast with John Robins!
