That's right bitch, sometimes Julie and I just like to fuckin' READ.
(the book is a steamy romance novel lol)
As I've said, the dates are very short little events. The casual dates are especially quick, but I already like how they make the game feel. I might update Flin and Amy's to include them sharing a milkshake or something (also, first time using Amy's alternate outfit finally, wooo).

I made some recycled/revamped animations this month, haven't decided where I want them yet but some of that work will probably be incorporated into the beach update.
Gotta do the romantic dates and Samantha's texting events, and then the core framework for the endgame loop will essentially all be playable for this chapter. I'd also like to take the two commissions of Amy wearing Stella's shirt and Flin fucking her secretly in Stella's closet, and combine those into one brief event that I'll add into this update.
Next month, hoping to get a lot of the beach-specific stuff done; I think the primary challenge I'm dealing with is simply deciding how necessary a full beach environment is to make. I made an ocean for that Kelly commission, and I don't mind making things like rocks and stuff...but crafting a full shoreline with all the random elements a beach would have, like umbrellas, a volleyball net, an ice cream stand, or whatever else the non-ocean side of the beach needs in order to look good...I dunno, I'd rather cut corners.
It would be nice to have a more proper environment, though. And it's not like the sand itself would be difficult, which is a lot of what a beach is 😅. But I think half-assing it is worse than just going with a black background, so...still undecided.
Anyway, I'll discuss it more as I get into it next month.
