Julie Couch Scene Revamp, Part 1/3
Added 2022-08-21 19:56:47 +0000 UTCThis upcoming update isn't just about adding a new story event. A LOT of imagery has been polished or revamped. Most notable among these, in my opinion, is Julie's entire couch sequence.
I think it's easy to look at the above images and wonder what's even different about them. The couch scene was fine, right?
Well, in this 3-part sequence (which I'll spread across a few tiers), I'll show you a before-and-after of every single image in this scene. Hopefully by the end, you'll agree that it was worth it.

Now, there is a certain charm to the original here that I don't feel I quite fully recaptured, but overall I'm pleased. You will notice Julie's "boob power creep," something I've talked about in the past π . But in tandem with that, her body in general is a bit different. Her torso isn't as tall or as skinny, same with her face (and both are true for Flin as well). None of this is very noticeable in this image, but you'll be able to VERY clearly see what I'm talking about in Part 2, when she's coming down the stairs.

Nothing much to say about the rest of these. The next sequence is really where things ramp up and more of the changes become obvious.
I will tease one image for Part 2 (the ones that follow are too risquΓ© for a free post). This image alone should more clearly demonstrate why exactly I felt compelled to do a revamp:
